Hair follicle cells are incredibly small and transparent, making them difficult to see with the naked eye or a low magnification loupe.

High magnification digital microscopy separation

The reason for using a microscope is to ensure that the results are always the same, regardless of the condition of the person separating the follicles.
If you separate the hair follicles without a microscope, you won't be able to distinguish follicles with gray and fine hairs.
For those with hair loss, even single gray or fine hair is precious and cannot be thrown away.
Human eyes can’t see at high magnification, so a microscope must be used to reduce loss and damage to hair follicles.

Follicle separation requires a high level of concentration. When working with the naked eye, the separation results may vary depending on the nurse's physical condition.
